Dr. Diaz was the co-founder and President of CalRecovery, Inc., an entity that provided expert services on the management of solid wastes to several of national (US) and international entities. He was worked on more than 50 countries on a variety of issues associated with the management of various types of solid wastes.
Dr. Diaz has authored more than 500 publications and several books in the fields of energy and waste management. He has been Editor in Chief and member of Editorial Boards in various publications in solid waste management.
